  • Sugar is limited to only when my role demands i eat it

Current Protein Shake

  • 12oz Water
  • 4oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (costco)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil (onnit)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Chocolate
  • 1 scoop Collagen 
  • 1 scoop of PeanutButter
  • add ice as needed

Blend  - around 400 cal

Current Snacks

  • Primal Bar - Coconut Cashew is the KING.  I could eat 10 of these a day, but my wife's Disney Dream is taking up all the money
  • RX Bar - Coconut Chocolate is second
  • Warrior Bar - Regular
  • Cashews and Almonds dipped in                  Peanut Butter....delicious :)

Current Vitamins

  • Sulfer
  • Vitamin B12, B1, C, D
  • New Mood x1 (onnit)
  • Stron Bone (onnit)
  • Stroomtech Immune (onnit)
  • Amazing Green Grass (immunity, energy)

Current Workout/Meal Goals

  • 10-12 workouts a week
    • P90X2 is the current base
    • Cardio (DDP Yoga, Tony Horton type or a UFC Fit)
  • 2000-2400 calories per day (no more than 3,000)
  • eat between 1100-2100
  • GreenGrass x4 per day
  • 1 non-shake meal per day (not counting almonds/cashews or fruit with PB)
  • Limit the sugar.  lucky for me Yum Earth changed their licorice formula...it sucks.  unless i read that the WHOLE bag has 15g of sugar...no thanks
